Today Catherine and William joined other royals for the annual Christmas Lunch hosted by Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace.

Photographer Mark Stewart tweeted that Prince George was also at the Palace, along with Nanny Maria Theresa Borallo. More from the Daily Mirror’s story:

The newest addition to the Royal Family was sat in a baby seat in the back of a car driven by his father Prince William, as the young family made their way to Buckingham Palace.

With his nanny Maria Theresa Borrallo beside him, the 16-month-old bonnie prince clutched hold of a yellow book as he arrived at the palace with his mother and father for a special get together.

Many think that Catherine’s dress is the Katherine Hooker worn for the launch of the EACH Nook Appeal back in November.  Below we see the Duchess at that event.

There’s really no way of being sure what Catherine was wearing without photos showing more of the garment, and that isn’t a possibility, at least not from today’s function.

As far as jewelry is concerned, we saw the Duchess in a pair of earrings she has worn previously, on multiple occasions dating back to 2007; Pippa Middleton has also been seen in the earrings.
